Is there anything wrong with these spacers...

£10 Delivered seems to good an offer to give up. I mean i know you can get better ones but at the end of the day... there just lumps of metal

if you really wanted, ive got some 5mm spacers which are specific for the clio at home, they are H&R items and as you can imagine fit perfectly.
you can have them for £20 plus the postage.

Different metals react differently to heat. I had some spacers (cheap) years ago and my wheel bolts kept coming loose so i kept re tightening them . In the end when i removed the wheel the spacer had changed it now had the imprint of the rear of the wheel in them.

Don't skimp or your wheels will fall off
