It is impossible to get a perfect colour match between plastic and metal. With some metallics they need to paint flash cards to see which matches the existing paint best. An example would be Dolphin grey Audis as it's hard to match.

Clean and re photo. I'm with the others on that. Then people can see what the difference is truly like. Post a photo which you feel represents the different colours.

That's not true and heavily misleading.
 
It's very common that plastic and mental panels are out of colour even if painted at the exact same time, but... not always as you stated. I wouldn't ask dupont as we didn't take on their paint scheme.

OP went quiet. I've been lurking this thread for days now!

Just got my Polo back from the body shop, I asked them to respray the front wing, I don't think they blew into the panels very well, I can see a slight difference, what do you guys think??

Is is that blue square on the red skirt the wing? Because it would piss me off no end knowing they've just sprayed a blue square on the skirt.


Someone please clear this up for me. Now
