is this engine ment to have a cover

hi guys im think about looking at this but was wondering if the engine was ment have a cover on it or if its correct how it is. its a 2002 RENAULT CLIO 1.2 Authentique

I think thats a "diet" engine and it is ment to be like that because my nephews is the same.

i'm not 100% sure, but even if it did its nothing to worry about, just means you save a bit of weight

It's fine, has a little plastic cover on it anyway, supposed to look like that..

as long as you make sure its for your engine, coz a 172 ect wont fit it

strange, my 1.2 8v had cable throttle body, not electronic like that one, and the CAF pipe thing was different too.

Mines a diet.Its basicly same engine i think.p1's had cable throttle and a different cover.thats from a ph2 authentique.
