is this going to be loud....

From the manifold, Ktec SILENCED de-cat, devil strait through pipe, into a magnex back box - with the standard mid pipe it wasnt loud atall really and i dont want it to be, so when i bolt the new devil section in ( the old section was f**ked) is it going to be to loud????

From experience please no clueless experts....

Well, i got a Grp A willy system and no cat and it snot overly loud.....well, dunno, never seen my own car go by lol.

But magnex are always quite and the silencer in the middle will help......

there is no silencer though is there?? if the mid pipes strait through then only the catbypass pipe and the backbox have any kind of silencing - or is that enough??

The backbox does appear to be strait through similar to a MX exhaust with just the packing around it, or is that all a normal silncer is??

thats what most of them run, and i mean the silenced de-cat.

itll be loudish..........but why buy the devil centre then?

nobody sells a mid section(bar devil), and i needed one....

they do a silenced one thats twice as much, sod that, im willing to try it and see what happens?! if its that loud i will try it with the cat on, then maybe have to resort if that doesnt work to getting a baffle stuck in it or soething?!

the domed part of it wont connect with the magnex end...

Hehe well, once finished the 172 is gonna have an unsilenced de-cat as well as the feck loud K-tec twin 3" (and people on here know how loud they are already) so.... Ben, you should be able to here me driving whilst youre still in HK mate ;-) hehehe

But Paul, youre gonna be fine, the magnex aint as loud as they could be, so dont worry, and with the silenced de-cat itll be ok.

Its very free flowing now, get loads of pops and bangs sparks etc out the back but its not very loud, quite chuffed with it...

dsounds quite nice on full chat not at all OTT Nova stylee - result.
