ITG or Green

I want a replacement panel filter, Other than the price what is the difference? which would give better gains?

It will be for a williams

cant comment on the green but i had a hill power cold feed induction kit on my old hybrid with an itg filter (thats what hill power use in the kit) and i found it very good,improvement over the std box and sounded really nice
