ITG Panel Vs Pipercross Panel Filter

  Saab 93 Aero Wagon
Im shopping around for a new panel filter for the Cup and had an ITG in mind but now ive found a Pipercross one on a website which is cheaper plus its 24hr free delivery (no im not tight, but i want it NOW!!) :D

Does anyone have any experience of the Pipercross Panel filter?
Is it worth going for or should i just plump for the ITG?

  Civic Type-R
Well the Pipercross filter will give you about 12bhp, but the ITG filter will give you like 30bhp so I would go for the ITG filter :) could be wrong tho!

Nothing to choose between them...both good brands anyway so just go for the Pipercross one.

I had a Pipercross one and the rubber around the top perished and split, since then I've had a couple of ITG ones and they have been fine.

I'd personally go for ITG, just because I feel they are a more profesional company, less bulshit powerfigures etc.

Well Ive had quite a bit of experience with Pipercross kits where i work as we regulary fit them to Elises and Exiges and they make a hell of alot of difference so i think i may go for the Pipercross one for now....
I can always change it for an ITG if the thing falls apart in the next few months!

Thanks people!

  Bye Bye 182....
can you post the website link for this one mate and also for the igt one.

Sorry to hijack the thread but if you fit one of these do you have to let your insurance know and will the car sound any different?

If it causes an increase in power, then you are supposed to report it to your insurance company and they more than likely will increase your premium.
