I've been told I need to do a project thread. (I've changed more than the wiper blades, so I guess I qualify. )
Will do some more tomo of the finished article.
Basically, I think we've had a spanner on every bolt on the car.
Found some horrendous errors on the part of Renault. Missing alternator bolt started off the problem in the first place. Back in March. That was bad. But to find that they hadn't put a bolt on the lower engine mount was just unbefuckingleavable!!!
The car feels like new now. And a lot quicker. Got to do the custom map next with Henk at Fastchip. And she will hopefully be put to good use very soon, back where it belongs. On track!!!!!!
Ok, so finally got round to doing some more pics of the car.
Can't be bothered with project threads etc. lol
This was finishing off the engine build at Mark Fish Motorsport.
Have to give a huge thanks to Mark for all of his work, and tuition in helping me build this car. His attention to detail is meticulous. I wouldn't let anyone else near it with a spanner.
The car feels like new and is fairly quick to boot.
Spent yesterday cleaning it, with a sponge and a quick rubdown with a shami!!!!
Then off for a few statics at a new location I found nearby. Pic ***** time...
