once i had mastered it, it took a few hours, most of the time was spent on stripping everything off and the rebuilding!
this was my 3rd attempt tho lol, there is a bolt which goes into the side of the inlet manifold from underneath the top mount which was really hard to get at and was on really tight so i had to modify a socket and use a steel rod to get enough leverage to get it off, it was an absolute ballache but well worth it in the end
