blocked drain holes,!
Open the roof look in the channels, clean all the gunk out and push a thin piece of wire down the drain holes (welding wire is ideal) make sure the water runs out under the wheel arches and not inside the car.
when you have cleaned/unblocked them. check they run clear by pouring water into the channels.
