I've just got back from having my car assecesed & it would be classed as an economical write off in the eyes of insurance but because insurance isn't covering the repair it's still classified as being roadworthy

So the car is still alive just looks in a battered & bruised cosmetic state. Right time to get the big tin of paint out & cover up the rusty bits

Just been to Harry Bucklands(local breakers/scrappy) & had to retrace my fateful steps. I got a big lump in my throat which wasn't nice at all. Also, seeing my drivers side window glass & the big skids in the road wasn't good either.

I've got a wing mirror, rear light, front window & indicator for the princely sum of £19
