I Have Recently Downloaded The Itunes Software And It Has Sorted All My Music Folders Into There Own Little World.
Is There A Way Of Undo'ing This Process?

I don't think it can be undone You can stop it from doing it in the first place by setting some option somewhere.

Yeah it asked me when i installed and I said yes coz i didn't think it would be stupid enough to extract songs from album folders and label them individualy in seperate folders. Gd old apple.
