172 for sale for 4k near me. little miles, sittin doin nothing for ages only thing its been in an accident but fixed using original renault parts. what you guys thinkg, i think it was fairly big damage to the front end, but as said fixed with renault parts. im already lookin at insurance quotes and loans and stuff.....whats the opinion on what to do! lol

Go and have a look at it, ask for receipts for repairs etc and pics if they have them.

Tbh, id leave it. Loads of 172's out there for such little money, you could get a mint undamaged one for not much more.

Will find it very very hard to sell on an accident damaged car.

yeah thats an idea, but i owe my dad money for my car already. so thinking a loan for 172 and keep paying dad off sell the car in a year when i am elidgable for insurance on a 172 as im only 20 and take it from there, even if it sits lookin at me in my garage lol...its a dream but you only live once!

yeah the accident thing is the one drawback!

its an 02 or 03 model with 22k on the clock! owned and fixed by a mechanic, i know the garage n all so that bits not a fairly tale

Don't buy crap if that's all you can afford.

Save up and buy something that hasn't been damaged.

Personally I'd avoid a Cat D car, as been said above, 4K gets you an uncrashed one.

I'd avoid it tbh, chances are it's a cat D, there is better out there for the money, if you look around.
