jailbroken ipod touch on multiple computers

Hi, my friend has given me his ipod touch to jailbreak, which i have done after restoring it and losing all his songs oops lol. Anyway as its now freshly restored with my computer will it act up when he connects it to his computer to put his songs back on. I've had problems in the past with the old style ipod's using different computers.

I know on the iphone you can authorise different itunes installs to work with the device, up to 5 at a time, is the ipod touch the same?
