After much swearing and jumping out in the traffic, we got the MkFail to the side of the road.

Not the best time for a broken clutch cable TBH!

en route to pick up my cylinder head freshly skimmed......1st/2nd gear get harder and harder to use....f**king put clutch down to go into first at a set of lights, on a duel carrigeway, in the fast lane.....and SNAP.....clutch cable goes.....

stuck in fast lane for 10 mins....all of a sudden, RB182 swerves round me, christopher lol............

RAC came, put a replacement cable in, snapped as he was testing it.........put another one in, pedal snaps this time.....so had to be towed home......FAIL!!

i have a spare box and clutch to use...

i was swapping the box and clutch this week anyway when the engine comes out for the head swap......just happened a bit too early.....engines coming out now to swap them lol
