1st im i right in thinking my wheels shoundnt be rolling when that car is jacked up and the engine is on

2nd how do i tighten the hand brake

If you mean the front wheels then yep they'll do that due to oil drag in the gearbox even though its not in gear.

No idea with the handbrake though.

oh cheerrs for the 1st one
problem is the wheels are sitting like \\----// well not that bad but you get the idear thinking its the hubs and bearing as already replaced the shocks and had a new set of wishbone right nxt to the other 1s and they are the same

2nd they are drums

Never done it on a drum, but i will scan what the Haynes manual says to do for your car, give me a minute.
