Depends how much you strip out but the problem is that most of the weight you strip out will be in the back and the front is where the big problem is.

I might strip mine out for next time but I know it wont make a huge difference in the bends only on the straight line.

thr front is a tough one as edde says. Not much more than the carpets, sound proofing and the passenger seat. Removing the seat will leave the air bag light on and i dont know if it will affect them if, god forbid they are required to deploy. Door cards in the front probably have to stay and thats about it.
