How does snow foam differ from similar products?

It's a touchless wash for the bodywork.

The only time you touch the paint is to dry it, so coupled with a drying towel you won't have to move a mitt or a towel over the paint, eliminating or at the very worst reducing swirl marks.

so would you say the snow foam lances are better that a two bucket wash?

snow foam lance shouldn't be used to replace washing a car. all it does is loosen dirt from the paint and removes the really bad dirt, hence reducing swirl marks. You still need to wash the car afterwards.
