Thats why i got the wheels gloss black....to compliment the gloss black side vents....diffuser....grill etc.

Theres a white one i see with he gloss black wheels and looks the dogs dangly bits......DO IT!!!......
The dealer charged me £235 to powdercoat them by a wheel specialist which i thought was not bad.

i prefer the blue, most people i talk to say they'd have it in anything but blue as it just looks like a tarted up ST.
I'm, still undsided on the black wheels, it does compliment the black bits but it just on the blue i think you need the silver to brighten it up. Same way the silver wheels almost blend into the white ones, the white should have anthrasite or black wheels as standard imo.
just wait till its run in so you can open the taps, no more than 3/4 throttle for 600 miles isn't bad for a run in.

Running is bulls**t TBH. There's an oil temp gauge so it's easy to see when the oil is hot. As long as you're not running 7,000rpm in every gear then it's not going to do any harm opening it up now and again. 3/4 throttle is even more bulls**t. The turbo ramps up to 1.4bar on 10% throttle so what difference is it going to make how hard you press the pedal?
IMO people are being over protective of these engines. It's a special car and a special engine, but it's still just a mass produced hatch. If it was going to do any damage by giving it the beans before 600 miles, the map would protect it. Just like any car really.
