......Low and behold some kind fellow has put a nice dent in he passanger side door.

Looks like it's been done on the works carpark, opened the door onto it.

How is it whenever you have a car you like, take care of and look after it like it's a baby thier is some t**t out there to spoil it for you?
Only had the car a year and in that time the next door neighbour has backed in to the side of it, had to have a new door and sprayed which is now the wrong shade and i'm still waiting for it to be put right. And now this.
Ive been driving 14years and i have never backed in to someone or opened my door into someones car, just pi55es me off. People don't give a toss if it's not theres!

Nothing worse than parking in a car park. People just dont care, they throw their doors until fully open or until it hits the car parked next to them  . One of my pet hates!!

Think i will have to give Dentmasters a call to see if they can do anything with it.
It's not a big dent but it's there, and every time i walk up to the car from that side from now on i know my eyes will go straight to it and i will be mad as.... till it's fixed.

it is a shame that other drivers dont give a toss when hitting your cars when they get out, when i go out shopping i allways try and find a parking space on the end,or at least park my car in between two new(ish) as if you park it next to a beat up old banger with dents and scracthes down the side then you know these people are the kind to hit your car when they open there doors.

Yeah I do the same. I parked next to a people carrier yesterday, noticed the child seats in the back and moved to another space!

I always try to park between newish or clean cars - the owners usually take more of a pride in them.

Since I've moved out of Portsmouth I've not had any parking dings (touch wood). I had one huge one from a supermarket car park, someone must have really belted it, the fucker.

Anyway, luckily it's not too expensive and very easy to get them pulled out.

I ve got a few parking dents on mine and a scratch and im really careful where I park it. When I first got it I was super protective, if someone walked past and farted I would go nuts!
At the end of the day though cnuts like this will end up damaging it, and unless you put it in a garage wrapped in cotton wool and never use it picking up a few parking dents is unfortunatly an occupational hazard of owning a car these days as there are lots of selfish people out there.

Ditto! Just spent the last 2 hours cleaning my car (hadnt done it since october ) and there is a dent on the passangers door and some one has scraped right along one of the silver bump strips on my drivers side!

Going to have to wrap it in bubblewrap whenever i park it anywhere!

i remember few years back,i was out shopping and was parked up near some car(brand spanking new one it was) when i got back i walked past this car and saw a note on the windscreen, saying "sorry about the little accident, looks as if you've got alot of money so you can get the repair done yourself".......cheeky bastids

Mines got quite a few both of the doors, if you park your car in multi storey car parks or supermarkets, then it's only a matter of time before you have a few dents.

is a way of life... u'll get it fixed and then someone will just do it again! its a sorta thing u gotta live with, people are b******s! no use crying over spillt milk and all that.

my last car 3 successive dents down the rear 1/4 when someone obv pushed a trolley into it, wasnt happy at the time, but had to deal with it hehe

I seem to suffer from car park scratches rather than dents. Dunno which is worse
