id go for Green over the 2 basically because of there construction, because K&N use a kind of glue around the edge, this seeps a bit into the filters edges and loses you some surface area....
Green dont use this and you get maximum surface area, there also usually cheaper
Out of the 2 I d go for K&N, had a green induction kit before and after about 2 months its shape was warped by the heat, now I use a Jap induction kit with stainless steel mesh and its great! oh and you dont even need to oil it!
take it you use the HKS mushroom, the only problem with these is they let alot of air in and some dust particles due to their construction, big peformance gains but reduced protection for the engine.
HKS - proven power loss on the Integra Type R. Power down to 177 at the fly - replaced the standard air box and it came back to 191. I was shocked to say the least. Maybe needed a re map to work with the filter - very big surface area.
