k&n sucking oil from engine

recently on my clio i have had to disconnect my k&n breather pipe coz it is pulling oil out of the engine and was wondering why the filter is doing this could anyone advise cheers

is the breather blocked as this will cause the oil to come up ?

oil in the breather pipe is normal due to oil vapour in the breather system.its just that you have noticed it due to the k&n
