K-Tec Recessed Exhaust

I'm looking at getting one of these fairly soon with the K1 tailpipe:

I think I will take it to them aswell to ensure correct fitting but I don't know how much they will charge for fitting, anyone got a rough estimate?

I requested a quote but haven't had a response as of yet.

I dono mate, but i think the tail pipe thats on it is miles better, especialy when they put the 182 exhaust surround on it, looks the dogs.

Got a quote for £309.35 including parts, labour and VAT.

I'm thinking about buying this very soon and taking the car to them but I live in Blackpool so were talking a 500 mile round trip, would I be daft to do this?

I've seen people in the north who have rentech plastered all over there cars so surely other people have done it right?

I want it fitting by people who know what they are doing not by some yobbie who will fit it and say oh sorry the exhaust mount can't take it blah blah.

I'm pretty sure the one pictured is the 3.5" round, slash cut tailpipe... not the K1.

Im doing it next month. But im gettin the 3.5inch slashed inward tailpipe. And k-tec are only 45 min drive away from me

yes its a very good system and is by far the best looking tail pipe thats on it. you really need to go for the supersports version which is still not even that loud. also it defo gives you more power gains. fitting isnt as easy as k tec say as i had to get mines cut twice to get it sitting properly

The kit comes with a surround. I have one on mine! I love it
