Anyone know the bore of the pipe work? is it the same as the MK2? 2.5"?

2.25. recently had mine pulled apart and refitted by a speed shop.

It's now welded together with no slip joints and a proper flange just before the rear axle. Miles better, although I'm sure a 2.5 would allow things to breathe a lot better.
