K-tec system blowing at decat

This is driving me up the wall, I've put the cat on for MOT, passed no issues, refitted the decat and it's blowing from the rear joint , again

Ive had this before , and it takes forever moving it a little and loads of paste and after a few days it starts blowing again!

The system I have is a K-tec / Janspeed system with the unsilenced centre section, there is a adaptor in the system which allows the normal cat fitting , and I have a decat with the olive fitting at the end , but it's these rear of the decat joint that blows driving me mental!

Ive seen a decat that's sleeved , so basically goes straight into my system and remove the adapter , has anybody had experience with these , are they better ?

K-tec sell them for £54, seams reasonable, unless somebody wants to swap to the olive joint decat ! Lol

Yes, loads better.

High Temp Silicon is your friend, it doesn't crack like the paste will.

Ive tried that this time doesn't seam to have cured it though! Think i will see if there's any about ! And sell this one!
