ring them up - find out what discs / pads they are. then go to a reasonably priced company and get them for the going rate :)
 
for that amount of money you can probably buy a 4 pot conversion kit

try the usual on here - fred/yozzasport/gdi?
 
Not worth it IMo.
Get some standard disk or Brembo one which have a handly wear indicator DS2500 pads, braided hoses and good fluid and it will be much cheaper (£200 or so) and be much better. I don't like disks with groves in them it only ever seems to lead to cracking in hard use.
