k tech exhausts. any good

still cant decide which exhaust to get for the cup. read a few things about the k techs on this site and saw the pictures of the guy who got the twin 3" system fitted to his cup just recently, looks quite nice but i fancy a single exit, possibly a jap style 3.5" slash. do they do different tailpipes? any gains to be had power wise? how do they sound?
