Keep losing wireless connection....

As above, about every 10-15 mins I lose the connection from my laptop, I need to disconnect my wireless on the laptop and back on to get it working again.
Anyone know why this is happening? Only started happening recently.
Got a Fujitsu Siemens laptop.

Its not the router, my dad doesn't have the problems I do.
I think it may be my wireless card in laptop but don't know how to resolve the problem.

indeed install newwest driver from website....

intel pro wireless does have this problems often when using a driver 9.** o lower
