Kent cams yay or nay?

Been offered a used set for £120. Are these any good, will they make much of a difference to my valver? or will they just make it really tappety?

I have kent cams and pullys in my 19, only been on the road a couple of days though, but I cant say if they are any good as i have never driven a 19 with standard cams. Revs nicely though though and not too bad on tick over. £120 quid seems a good price, just aslong as there is no major wear to the cams.
