Keyed crank pulley cambelt procedure

Can anyone enlighten me on the best way to even out the belt tension when using the keyed crank pulley?

Iv seen it mentioned here about using the megane manual / guide, don't suppose anyone has the link to one or even a screenshot of relevant part?

Thought I could unpin crank & cams and then rotate as long as there is no valves open? And then retime / lock cams & crank but seems long winded
