Keyed crank pulley cambelt procedure

Can anyone enlighten me on the best way to even out the belt tension when using the keyed crank pulley?

Iv seen it mentioned here about using the megane manual / guide, don't suppose anyone has the link to one or even a screenshot of relevant part?

Thought I could unpin crank & cams and then rotate as long as there is no valves open? And then retime / lock cams & crank but seems long winded

I didn't want to do it with cams locked as then theres tension on them and valves could be open when Im rotating the crank. I may be speaking rubbish and overthinking it

As long as it’s locked at TDC, pull the pin for the crank, leave cams locked and have the cam pulleys loose you can spin it over no problem.

No need to equalise belttension when keyed.

Simply follow megane procedure using 172 torque settings. With crank pinned, pulleys loose, set tensioner, set cam slots and torque cam pulleys. Rotate crank 2 revolutions, pin crank, check belt tension and adjust if necessary, check horseshoe slides in. Fit aux pulley and torque crank bolt, done
