Kid threw a stone at my 182.. Caught him on dashcam

Wait outside school and ask whose the hardest kid in school.

Visit school the next day and find the hardest kid in school.

Offer hardest kid in school £20 and a pack of lambert and butlers to smash the f**k out of stonethrowers face.

Go back to school the next day, see stonethrower with a bent nose, two black eyes eyes and a bottom lip like bubba gump.

Smile like a Cheshire cat.

Pay hardest kid in school, let him rev your car.

Job jobbed.

Lmao!

Little f**king t**t. As mentioned, the parents are probably the same. I'd of gotten a belting for something like this. Common place nowadays though. Kids don't give a f**k. You can't touch me attitude.

Ok haven't read every comment, but the amount of people saying "no, go to the police. Make sure they sort it out" police will do this, police will do that blah blah blah. Police won't do anything, the police in this country are pretty s**t. When it's juvenile as well they care even less, you got to think if your a cop and you have loads of serious cases going on, plus the normal crimes, then a guy comes in and said a kid has just thrown a stone at my car............... They ain't going to do anything. Trust me, I was a little s**t when I was younger, I stole a car and crashed it when I was 16 and if it wasn't for the stolen stuff in the back I would of got away with it.

What a c**t I hope you made him look like a little b**ch in front of all his friends.

I'd say go further too although wouldn't expect much to be done about it.

I'd go to the school and emphasize how you nearly lost control of the car and had your life endangered.
You can bet something will be done about it then!

But when they see the footage they will know he's lying. I'm assuming they will have to view it to identify stonethrower!

I'd say about how they could have done it to an elderly person at risk of a heart attack etc.
One of the local schools where I work had some students dropping house bricks off the overpass onto the duel carriageway below, something bad must have happened!

I know what you are saying mate, this little c***s actions need nipping in the bud!

Update: Schools headTeacher rang me and left a message today, in summary;

"We have identified the child from the dashcam.. He has been excluded from the school for 10 days. We have informed his parents of the matter. If you wish to take this further and contact the police then I'll be happy to work with you in the matter, just mention my name and the schools details. Thankyou."

Do I bother with the police? Or let him get shafted by his parents worrying about when or if the police come for him?

The damage/chip is literally the size of, I don't know haha! It's hard to think of something that size? Like a screw head you find in a pair of glasses is all that I can come up with.

10 days, decent response from the school.

I remember getting in to a fight in year 7 (circa 11 or 12 years old) and I got excluded for a day. I balled my f**king eyes out when I had to tell my parents, did the trick.

If it's that small, I'd let it be now.

Id get the police involved, the damage to your windscreen is irrelevant, next time he does it it might be a brittle old lady driving with her two year old great grandson in the back.

Hes obviously one on the naughty pupils, good ones wouldn't do that, hes probably doing things that he shouldn't all the time, hes probably a bully too as these type of kids tend to be from experience.

Do what you can to change him for the better.

Ask the headteacher how his parents took the news. If they were genuinely shocked and apologetic of his actions and sounded like they were going to hand out their own punishment, then I'd leave the police out of it. If they sounded like they didn't give a s**t, get te police involved.

Head teacher will be diplomatic to any question on how the kids parents took it. He not going to turn round and say the kid is a little s**t and his parents don't give a fook.....

to be fail I think that's a good result. I'd leave it at that and wouldn't bother the police...

If his parents are decent, being excluded for 10 days will probably do the trick. I know if I'd have even got excluded for a day my parents would have gone ape s**t at me.

Problem is, if he's a little prick and his parents don't give a s**t, being excluded will be second nature to him and will probably just give him bragging rights to his mates.

You've gone this far, I would inform the police, make a statement and have them get the details from the school.

I have a few mates that are coppers and they always say to report things, even if they're little- it's good for them to have more info than less.
