Is it 15x8.5j offset 30 ?
If I use 195/50/15 Tyres will the Tyres hit the wheel arch?

Theyre 15x7j and 165/50/15 tyres. On and 8j with 195 50 I think you would find it hard to fit them in the arches and have no scrubbing

How abt the offset size ET33 or ET35
did u add any spacer?

How about if I use 15x7 fit with 195/50 Tyres will it scrub the arches?

Running that size tyre will scrub, a if you look in previous pages I was getting loads of scrubbing at the rear, also in running camber at the rear to help stop it

is it the silver one which is fit with 195/50 tyre
165/50 tyres is difficult to found so....i wish to use 195/50
if i use 195/50 is it just scrub the arch ? how about the front?
because i'm using the Ktr coilover suspension (the fixed damper)
i can't adjust the rear camber
so can i stop scrubbing the arch if keep use 195/50 when i done the wheel defender at the rear arch without rear camber setting (at the moment i have only 1.5 degree camber at the rear and 2.2 degree at the front ).....

He was running 195/50's and even when it wasn't low with his 2deg camber at the back it scrubbed when he changed his tyres too 165/50's it didn't scrub he has 5mil spacers at the rear aswell as he grinded a good few mil off his brake caliper

Dont understand the benefit myself, youve made a lovely car.

You will just spank the money into the ph1! this was my thought when changing to my ph1. It hasnt worked and ive ended up spending the money saved 3 or 4 times over lol.

Lol it is sort of different, Sitting in a ph1 is complete different to a ph2 and for a budget of £1200 I'd rather have a ph1 than a Saxo tbh

A £1200 ph1 will save you nothing in the long run IMO.

It'll need more service items, a cambelt or auxbelt doing soon enough etc... I just think it's a bit of a false economy. I've seen enough people make the mistake of thinking an older similar car would save them money.

I'm not really doing it so much to save money, it's more just getting a lump sum of around £2k and putting it in the bank. And if I manage to get one for £1000 then spending 500 of belts isnt gonna happen I'll just sell it for parts
