Knocking from Offside front?

I had a new coil spring fitted last thursday and it seems to make a clunking noise when the steering is full lock either going fowards or in reverse?

It was the offside front that got fitted, although the nearside doesnt seem to make any noise atall when the cars turning>>>???

maybe a lubrication problem>?:S
