Knocking front end

I have a slight knock when I turn right and go over a bump at the same time. it doesn't knock when turning then corner only when turn and bump at the same time.

non RS.. check the anti roll bar link, if you look under the front of the car you will see the Anti roll bar under the bottom arms at each side, there should be a rubber bush that connects it to the underside of the bottom arm, the bolt fails usually and the anti roll bar disconnects and knocks off the arm when you go over bumps.

1.2 16v and the anti roll bar links are spot on, fairly new.

Snapped spring, work top mount, play in track eod end or track rod

I did snap a spring last week and had two new front shocks and springs fitted so can rule them out along with top mounts.

Ball joint or track rod end mate, failing that Ill fitted top mounts perhaps?

Nah won't be ill fitted top mounts, don't do bad jobs .

it knocked before the shocks were done, will be ball joint or tre I think.
