Knocking suspension cost?

Roughly how much would a garage charge to fit the washer, that stops the knocking suspension noise?

For the cost a mechanic would charge it would probably be cheaper to buy a swan neck spanner and a hex key and do it yourself, you've only got to take off the top mount nut that you see in the engine bay.
