knocking when turning right

hey

for the last few weeks maybe months i have been getting a rather annoying knocking noise when turning a sharp right...
when i had my mot.. they said one of the shocks had a slight leak .
would this be a cause of the noise?
is it the cv joints??
please help :S

Knocking is normally assocaited with driveshafts or ball joints mukka

so is it best to take it to a garage?

Would recommend it, then they could diagnose the problem, hopefully anyways lol
