Rhys has just asked me about your dampers and wanted to just point you to my project thread, inparticular this post: http://www.cliosport.net/forum/show...-Clio-Trophy&p=8459051&viewfull=1#post8459051

I would strongly advise just taking the springs off and have a look at what the piston shaft is doing. if it's being 'sucked' into the lower stanchion then you've lost gas pressure, so wants a rebuild. If they're both fully out and FIRM, you should be ok.
