knocking

wtf is it?

I have replaced all engine mounts and it got better and I mean only better for a day then back to bein a c**t of a noise again?????

exhaust mounts?

driveshaft?

when I accelerate it kinda vibrates and knocks and when accelerating and goin over a bump it will knock?

Anyone?

I keep getting told it is strut tops on mine. Last time they tried to fix it with copper grease, Like that is going to stop it thick idiots. Oh and it goes back in the morning for the 7th time.

same as before Ali yes!! yeah John its running spot on apart from this noise, it was the main feed from the alternator to the battery that had broken, it was the third one this week the guy had sorted??

Im sure its the exhaust now

na deffo not the heatshield I know the manifold has touched the subframe but aI thought that was because of the engine mounts

I have now noticed it is worse with more people in the car ie more weight?

Check the top mount ontop of the shock for play.

Just need some washers to fit under the compression nut it seems.

I am expecting samples coming off the laser tomorrow morning. If they do the trick on mine, I will post a price per set and advise availability.
