Do a quick search on them mate, loads of threads about them on her! what would you be wanting coilies for, are you tracking it or just lowering it?

its got eibach lowering springs already ,one of the rear shocks has gone .not sure weather to replace the shock or just get coilles . will be gettin used on track in the summer .they seem gd value at 350 bangers

decent value road kit, but not really intended for track use

I have them on my road car. They are fine. I don't know if they would be up to much abuse on the track as they are probably too soft for that.
