I new this exhaust wasnt fitted properly as it was hanging abit low, so when I took it for a service last week I mentioned it to them. What they said was because its a good quality exhaust and quite heavy it had stretched the exhaust mounts, which was the reason why it was hanging low. As I had been driving around with it not properly fitted, it not only was blowing, but all the s**t that it collects up had got into the valves which was pure filthy. I also new something was wrong as I was only getting 260 miles out of a full tank whereas other people was getting 350 miles+ and im happy to say that i am now getting 350+ miles out of a full tank 
My MPG also went from 22.9 to averaging 32mpg, and my Dad crusing at 75-80mph on the motorway had it at 40mpg. It feels like a completely different car as its alot more responsive etc. Anyway just thought i would share that little story.
