Lack of parts for my car

Excitement about picking up the new motor on December 1st has lead to me looking around for mods, i.e. induction kit/dump valves/springs etc. I tried K-tec, who have a few bits and bobs available for the Mk3, but nothing over interesting and not for my model.

Is it because this car is still newish so as a result no modifications have been released on sale. I've just searched through 6-7 induction kit manufacturers on Demon Tweeks and not 1 has my car listed. The car in question is/will be a 57 plate Clio Dynamique SX Turbo, 1.2 100hp Mk3 obviously.

Any pointers or info as to where to look is appreciated!

Excuse me saying so but that sounds a little sarcastic, unless you are serious, in which case what would make them produce a specialised kit one off, or just on my say so?

Piper X will need to get hold of a development car before they can launch a product, they would probably need your car for a few days but you may well get the IK free.
Also speak to K-TEC as I know they borrowed a members car to develop the new Janspeed exhaust while he was on holiday and he got the system free.

Re: The dump valve idea, I'm yet to make my mind up on this. I know the car is slow compared to a lot of the people on here, but youngsters understand the height of insurance premiums and now petrol is on the up, I'm sometimes glad I have a small engine car.

I'm just wondering whether I will appear as "chav" and the likes for putting a dump valve on it, after all it is a 1.2. The "T" word is a lovely thing to say you've got, so why shouldn't I?

Whats the opinions on here regarding dump valves, and more so the relevance to my vehicle.
