Yeah def. I have been there a number of times, so I know it fairly well, but this is the first time in the 182.:approve:

I think you had the same idea as me as I took this before christmas. Think its the same location but hard to tell. Looks fairly different due to different time of year!
Yeah m8. That is def Wast Water with Scafell Pike in the background. I'd never been over to that lake before or seen any pics of it apart from stock images and thumbnails on Getty and the like. There were quite a few other people around, but the lake is so big, it looks like we were the only ones there. Takes a little while to get over there, but wellworth it. Nice pic btw.:approve:

still a bit of a drive to get there tho as I live just south of Kendal (if you no where that is)

Yeah m8. Tend to come off the Kendal junction of the m6 when I go up there. Have stayed at Levens Village, Newby Bridge, Windermere, Ambleside and Keswick amongst other places. I do love it up there! Very jealous and your that bit closer to Scotland too!

You know Burton services on M6 just before J36. Well live about 100 yards from those services. (I also work at those services)

Oh right cool. I didn't stop at those services the other day on the way up, but I have done before. I will be going up there again as soon as I can.

I keep meaning to take some car pics in the lakes. Since I live so close. Ennerdale is good since its out of the way so its not so much of a tourist trap as Ambleside and Keswick are.
