Easy without taking the bumper off.

1 piece of A4
1 pen
Sissors

Push the paper into the fog surround so you get a crease the same shape as the fog.

Then use the pen to lightly draw the shape (whilst still on the fog).

Then take off and cut out.

Then grab you lamin-x lay it on its front and turn your template over and place on the back of the film.

Draw a template of that onto the backing paper for the lamin-x.

Then cut out, making sure you dont cut out "inside" the template.

Then follow fitting instructions.

Once dryed if theres excess nows the time to trim with the blade they send.

  Listerine & Poledo
as above.

I'm a kack-handed spaz when it comes to most things and even I managed to get the lamin-x on well enoguh that you cant notice the screw-ups unless you're staring at the fogs from a few inches away

One piece of advice though is to heat up the film with a hairdryer before you put it on, it'll help you stretch it out over the light.

I didnt even do that LOL but at least with sport fogs you dont have to tuck it behind the surround without getting it stuck like the ph3 bumper.

when you say heat it up do you mean the sticky side? :S

cant remember, but I don't think so. Leave the backing on, heat it up with some hairdryer action.

Then peel the backing off and apply.

The warmer the film is, the easier it will stretch and mould onto your light.

Looks quite pale, have they done another shade of yellow? You didn't take the bumper off did you? Could've just removed the arch liners and unscrewed the fogs.
