ok i need a bigger HDD in my laptop think im gonna chuck a 250gb in. ther about £75.
but im strugling to see if i need a IDE 2.5 or a SATA 2.5

thats the 1 i have at the moment, it says ata-100, so i guessing its like sata? is that how it works?
