Clio RS 172 Cup
Hello folks, new member here. I have a Mk2 Clio RS 172 Cup (2002), and have owned it for only a couple of months. Lately a rather worrying leakage has been discovered from the bottom of the gearbox (129 box model if i'm correct?), and the garage i visited just informed me the leakage is due to cracks, both internal and external...
Asking for advices and recommendations here thus, what's the best solution, refurbing the old one or replacing with a second-hand one? If there's any other box model that fits the 172 cup, I don't mind as well, since i believe it's gonna take me some effort to find a good candidate (?). Yeah I'm still a uni student so would defo prefer cost-effectiveness🥲
Any recommendation on where can i find the right place to buy a second-hand box or get my box refurbed? If anybody's selling a good box that fits 172 Cup please please please let me know.
