LED dash conversion

Im just after some advice. I've been searching for this answer with no luck. I'm going to purchase the kit from crazy LEDs. On the drop down menu on their site there are the colour options. I'm after white dials and buttons. As for the LCD screens I'm after blue background with white writing.

So my question is, do I select white with blue LCD or white with white?

Sorry if it's a stupid question. Just want to get it right

White with white LCD as the LCD it's self gives of a blue hue background and white text.
