led sidelights

hi there just wondering if someone has a link for some proper decent white colour matching sidelights as the xzeon lights due to buying some crappy halfords one which broke in a few days please put links also its just a push fitting so they all the same ie pn ? cheers

Yep, same here, you dont need headlights they are that bright.

xenon colour, ie very bright white, no yellow (or blue)

i have bought many on ebay, smd and that stuff, and they all looked blue..

yes they will pass an MOT, if you look at HGV's and busses and many other new cars they have them factory fitted now days.
You will only fail an MOT if you have the blue one's.

i bought the one's in the link above http://www.ultraleds.co.uk/501194t10-mini-light-tower-leds-xenon-white-175l-p-2192.html same as blackpanther and davo172 but when i came to push the new one in the slot it seemed as if it was too big did anyone else have this problem? im putting them into my 172 and not sure if its a tight fit or i have been given the wrong size, help would be appreciated

just run no sidelights. dont do anything anyway. main lights or nothing then you haven't got the hassle of led's burning out fast and looking blue compared to the xenons.

Yes they are a little bit tight but should go in ok, just make sure they are linned up first.

the bulb is too big for the hole they wont just go in, needs some work doing to fit it in which is a ball ache

The only led's that i have known to match the HID's by experiance is the PIAA ones. They are £50 a pair though.
