LED! whats this?

other night all my 3 LEDS have gone from the left lamp.. so fustrated.. i pulled these LEDs out and ive never seen anything like it before.. the bulbs have gone deffo because i tried the other sides bulbs in the sockets and they lit up, does anyone know which type LED bulb this is??

edit, btw i tried placing some 4led prism 501 bulbs in but they didnt light up for some reason.. i duno help would be great!

Make sure they are the right way around. That LED is just a normal 501 fitting.

i did rotate them several times when i bought the prism ones... am going to but some new ones from the net
