First Car 1.4 8v 306 Bought Standard

After a few £££ and a few mag features

Then Traded it in for a Mini Cooper 1.6 16v

Then in December I traded the Mini in for a Standard 172 Cup (No Pics Standard) Spent a few quid on it and here it is on the Rollers.

Nothing particularly exciting!

1st car

Blew the HG and weighed it in.

2nd - Clio 1.2 16v

Which I crashed...

3rd - Another f**king clio

4th - Fiesta Zetec S

Which went low...

Loved that car, now owned by Rhys on here.

5th - Clio Trophy

No idea what I want next With 80k+ on it now, the Trophy probably isn't worth a great deal. Keep on thinking of getting rid, then I'll go for a drive and love it again.

That looks lower than I've currently got it, but I've lowered it quite a bit more than what it was, and I could see marks where it had previously been...Must investigate.

My first car. 1.0 fiesta. taken on the day I passed my test Almost crashed on my way to school looking at some hot lady in the street! Fiesta was great. 6x9's sony tape deck and a fresh respray as it was rather faded. Looked great.

My second car after the fiesta got written off. Some knob in a clio drove into it head on. Was gutted. D plate Metro city. 1.0l really liked that car. Was comedy fun t drive! Would have another metro again tbh, only for driving around town though.

Haven't got photos of my other cars but had another metro then a citroen and then this RB 182:

Biggest regret of my life was wasting all that money on it. He wasnt the bloke that bought it from me was he? Foreign bloke?

The 997 wasn't me, but I got the 996 C4S in my list when I was 27. To be honest, I wouldn't do it again. It was an ambition, and I realised it and ticked the box, but took a lot of saving, then suffered a lot of depreciation and although it was an amazing car, on the british roads you couldn't really put it to good use without fearing for your license every 30 seconds.

Spending time on the flamer, and getting it ready for track has been fun, and cost significantly less!

Only cars Ive got pics of that Ive owned

My Mini, started as a heap, spent alot of money on it to get this (the grey one)

Then my Cavalier Turbo 4x4, real sleeper

Had this 1.2 Nova for a few months to bomb around in

Had a Honda VFR 400 NC30 for a year or so

Then got at 2008 Yamaha R6 which I crashed and broke it and myself. LOVED that bike!!

Then a 1.2 Corsa to use for a bit until I recieved this (corsa in pic too)

Then and currently, the 172

Works great. Cruise at 70 you'll get nigh on 40 mpg.

Not really got many pictures of previous cars as didnt have camera phones back then but these are some of our current ones:

Mid engined RWD 500bhp or so turbo nova

I seem to keep cars a long time, quite a minimal collection compared to others.

1st Car - Rover Metro - No pictures unfortuantley, really learned to drive in that thing

2nd Car - Pug 306 XS - Bought standard, spent thousands, got written off by a moped.

3rd Car - Corsa GSi - Shed, mechanical shed, total bag of s**t.

4th Car - 306 Cabriolet - Looking back not sure why but roof down seemed a good idea, but we dont really "do" summer in Britain do we, owned for over 2 years, got written off by a truck.

5th Car - VW Polo - the £200 runabout.

6th Car - Clio 172

7th Car - Clio 182 - Bought standard and made it OEM+

8th and current car - BMW M3

I think thats it. I like to think I have progressed upwards on my journey, next? who knows!

The RSI-der. RSI with a Renaultsport Spider engine on ITB's Catcams and Omex 600

My first performance car, 1.9 GTI. Still own it, got over 200k on the clock. Restoration will re-start soon.

This was a bit of a steal! £425 with 11 months MOT on it. Used if for 9 months, did 12k in it and sold it for £425
