Light Problem

Hi All,
My clio 172 phase 1 has been off the road for sometime after changing the clutch, now getting it ready for its MOT but it has developed a fault all right side lights are not working headlights brake lights etc. Have checked the relay and its clicking slow when indicating left and fast when indicating right also when hazard lights on only left shows on dash board. Have checked fuses etc and all good.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Cheers

sorry scrub that rear right lights are working but no front right lights

check the earth for corrosion. Also check the fuse box, each side is independently fused.
